SBS Role:
We have engaged this project directly with the owner as this project was a self-constructed project DSC provided modeling services of all electromechanical systems in the Hotel by modeling, coordinating and providing all composite drawings, working and shop drawings for construction of the project. In addition to that, we were responsible for preparing all Bill of Quantities, Purchase orders, and Invoices.
