Project Description:
- Trio Gardens offers more than 773 units, with a wide range of building types and spaces ranging from 140 to 350 sqm2, with private gardens ranging from 35 to 85 sqm2.
Our Role:
- Work is related to: Collision and Clash detection and 3D coordination services using Revit.
- 3D BIM to 4D BIM for scheduling using Navisworks, including clash detection and functionally coordination.
- 5D BIM for estimation, Value Engineering and Bill Quantities. Generate Shop drawing of Architectural, Structural, Infrastructure, Roads Construction and MEP and Site works.
- Update model if changes occur.
- Construction working drawings for all trades.
- Construction analysis and planning for logistics.
- Update model if changes occur.
