- Bureau 58 is a gated business park located in new Cairo, offering a total area of 17500 m2, divided over 3 stand-alone buildings. Building 1: 5600 m2, Building 2: 7400 m2, Building 3: 4500 m2.

- Build-up a box and building energy modeling
- Coordinated inputs/outputs with the design team
