Project Descripation
- The "Heritage Buildings" project, led by the Ministry of Culture.
- Focuses on 70 buildings in Historic Jeddah, a UNESCO World Heritage Site nearthe Gate to Makkah.
- The project aims to preserve its architectural legacy and ensure its sustainability for future generations.
Our Role
- Executing As-Built drawings for 70 buildings in the project.
- Covering all disciplines: Architectural, Structural, and MEP.
- Scope includes: Architecture, Structural Engineering, Utilities, Topography, Roads, and MEP Modeling.
- Using LOD 500 (Scan to BIM) methodology.
