- Ground floor and first floor including retails and services zones.
- Second floor including retails, food court, and cinema, kid’s zone and gym.
- Roof floor and rooftop including MEP zones and F&B zones.
- Outdoor zones including F&B Kiosks (Groumet Plaza), and Luxury Kiosks (Luxury Plaza)

Our Role
- Work is related to Design development Architecture, MEP, and landscape coordination it with existing Architecture and Structure.
- All related BOQs and purchasing order are automatically extracted from BIM modeling.
- Update model if change occurred design review
- All related BOQs , IFC and IFT are automatically extracted from BIM .modeling
