Our Role

• SBS Group work is related to:
• Provision of a Resident BIM Manager.
• Manage, mentor and supervise KCPC BIM team towards completion of the full model for the project.
• Create KCPC templates.
• Define and report clashes and discrepancies among various trades.
• Develop construction model using Architectural, structural, electrical, mechanical architecture to LOD400, after solving clashes and discrepancies by Engineer and coordination with Subcontractors/suppliers.
• Manage developing and preparation of shop drawings with KCPC: Architectural, structural, electrical, mechanical, etc. after submitting needed documents and CAD files from a subcontractor or any third party.
• Develop B.O.Q based on construction model for Architectural, structural, electrical, mechanical works.
• Develop BIM As-Built model using Autodesk Revit architecture to LOD500. Develop and conduct training sessions to KCPC staff in Autodesk Revit® architecture, structure & MEP and in Navisworks.
